Dear Sirs,

I am writing to you personally although I do not know your name, to bring to your attention the impeccable service I received from a member of your staff namely Alison Hughes.

When I received my new HS1110 yesterday I was unable to set it up properly and got into a right mess, I telephoned your company for technical support and was put through to Alison who helped me with the electronic key pad settings, no fuss, no problem, guided me through all the steps, she was patient and polite. She is an obvious asset to your company, I wish she was working for me!
